02What a valid notice contains
A physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or an authorised agent; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific URL on this site where the material appears; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
03What happens next
Valid notices are actioned promptly and the handle involved is added to our exclusion list, which prevents it being fetched at all in future. We keep a record of each notice.
04Counter-notices
If material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same identifying detail and an explanation.
